Episode 13: The Late Show Pt.2

After promising to never do another late show, here we are again, doing a late show lol. The show kicks off with the two hosts talking about the recent growth of the youtube channel and how surprising it is. Followed by a discussion on the current housing market, and if housing will continue to move at its current pace. Coincidentally the hosts both wore shirts in celebration of Juneteenth becoming an official holiday.

The hosts then get into a discussion about some of the emotional pitfalls that come with being a real estate professional. Showing it’s not all glitz and glamour in this industry. Also, touching on the reality of being young and black in the industry. As you can tell, this episode is packed full of 'behind the scenes’ insights from two working professionals that many would not have the courage to share.

The show wraps up with a discussion on the differences between business and "hustlin" as Dorance shares his feelings on the state of the credit repair industry.
